Investment Advisor Tool

Summary:
The Investment Advisor Tool is a decision-support platform designed to identify and recommend sustainable investment options at both the building and community levels. It provides strategic deployment plans, cost estimates, and projections of technical, environmental, and financial impacts. By aligning investment strategies with community needs, the tool facilitates both financial and energy-related benefits for individual users and the broader community.

On the platform, users can simulate the implementation of selected solutions by first completing a survey that captures key contextual information. Once the data is validated, users can choose a solution to explore. The tool then presents results through a set of technical, financial, and environmental key performance indicators. Each investment plan is saved to the user’s profile for future reference. Additionally, the platform features a “News and Facts” section, offering insights and practical tips to enhance energy efficiency.
