<p>Minister signed the REC decree, transmitting it to the Court of Accounts. Last January 23, 2024, the MASE issued the implementing decree, which stimulates the emergence and development of Renewable Energy Communities and Widespread Self Consumption in Italy. On Feb. 23, 2024, the GSE released the Operating Rules for accessing the service for widespread self-consumption and the PNRR subsidy. These rules govern how and when the incentives are recognized.</p>
