Introduces limits and conditions for photovoltaic (PV) projects by energy communities:•A single energy community may sign up to two Operating Support Contracts for PV plants = 500 kW each, without competitive bidding.•After January 1, 2023, energy communities involving local authorities, or with more than 60 members may sign support contracts without prior bidding.
