Requirements for legal form and governance structures of RECs (DM 16-03-2025 Art. 2)

<p>RECs must be established as legal entities, such as cooperatives, non-profit associations, or other forms recognized under Italian law. These entities must operate on the principles of open and voluntary participation, autonomy, and democratic control by their members. The governance structure must ensure transparency, accountability, and active involvement of all members in decision-making processes.</p>
