Rules governing energy sharing among REC members (DM 16-03-2025 Art. 5)

<p>Energy produced within a REC must primarily be consumed by its members. The sharing of energy is subject to specific rules to ensure that it remains within the community and does not extend to external parties, unless explicitly allowed under separate agreements. The REC must establish clear mechanisms for energy distribution and billing among its members.</p>
