Eligibility criteria for REC members (DM 16-03-2025 Art. 6)

<p>Participation in a REC is open to individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and local authorities. Members must be located within the proximity defined by the REC's statutes and must actively engage in the community's activities. The REC must ensure that participation is voluntary and that all members have equal rights and responsibilities.</p>
