NN 78/2025 Art. 13

<p>The law mandates electricity suppliers to purchase surplus electricity from end-users who produce their own power or operate self-supply facilities, provided they meet specific conditions. These include having grid connection rights and a feed-in capacity that does not exceed 500 kW, both individually and collectively within renewable energy communities.</p>
