Law 28 February 2020, No. 8 — Conversion into law, with amendments, of Decree-Law 30 December 2019, No. 162 (Milleproroghe).

<p>This law introduced transitional provisions enabling pilot projects for collective self-consumption and renewable energy communities before the full implementation of EU Directive 2018/2001. It was the first concrete national step for energy sharing.</p>
