<p>The EGAC (Collective Self-Consumption Management Entity) must inform the grid operator of the method used to share the energy produced, which may be based on fixed coefficients, variable coefficients, or a combination of both, in accordance with the regulations of ERSE (Energy Services Regulatory Authority). Sharing can also be carried out using dynamic management systems, which allow real-time monitoring and optimization of energy flows. ERSE regulates the technical details, penalties for non-compliance, and the impacts on billing, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the sharing process.</p>

<p>In the Electricity Market Act (Official Gazette, Nos. 111/21 and 83/23), Article 82, paragraph 1 is amended and reads:</p><p>“(1) A closed distribution system may obtain the status of a closed distribution system if the locations referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1, point 120 of this Act have more than one system user.”</p><p>Paragraph 12 is amended and reads:</p><p>“(12) Users of a closed distribution system may freely purchase electricity from a supplier of their choice, provided that the necessary billing metering points exist.”</p><p>Paragraphs 13 and 14 are deleted.</p><p>The former paragraph 15, which becomes paragraph 13, is amended and reads:</p><p>“(13) The operator of the closed distribution system shall issue an invoice for each billing metering point of a user of the closed distribution system, which includes the fee for the use of the closed distribution system, the network usage fee, and other charges and levies prescribed by energy and tax regulations related to the use of the closed distribution system and the network.”</p><p>Former paragraphs 16 to 19 become paragraphs 14 to 17.</p><p>Article 2</p><p>In Article 126, paragraph 1, point 34 is deleted.</p><p>Former points 35 to 39 become points 34 to 38.</p><p>Article 3</p><p>In Article 136, the numerical designation before paragraph 1 is deleted.</p><p>Paragraph 2 is deleted.</p><p>Article 4</p><p>This Act shall enter into force on the eighth day following its publication in the Official Gazette.</p>
